Legal Ink was registered in 2003 to render general legal services to both corporate and individual clients. Legal Ink focuses on property law and conveyancing, corporate and commercial litigation, documentation of transactions and debt and asset recovery.The firm is run by a team of five lawyers who are supported by four paralegal members of staff. The firm is managed by Daniyal Abdul-Karim who has been a member of the Ghana Bar Association since 1997

Since his enrolment as a lawyer, Mr. Abdul-Karim has worked as a Legal Officer for two manufacturing companies and two banks. He has a good background and experience in commercial and corporate litigation, conveyancing and drafting of legal documents. He is very conversant with statutes affecting investments and businesses in Ghana and as well as procedures and processes at Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies. Mr. Abdul-Karim is supported by Messrs. Solomon Korli (called to the Ghana Bar in 2004), Charles Tamma (Called to the Ghana Bar in 2005) and Mohammed Sammani (Became a member of the Ghana Bar in 2007).

Legal Ink is located within Kanda Estates near the new Post Office and also not far from Club 10. The location of the office in Accra was chosen with the convenience and comfort of clients in view. The Central Business District of Accra was deliberately avoided to make it easy for clients to access the firm’s services and to secure, easy and, adequate parking.
