Daniyal Abdul-Karim is the Executive Chairman of the Firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ghana. He is a member of the Ghana bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Commonwealth Lawyers Association. He is also a Notary Public and has extensive years of experience and exposure as a legal professional. Since his enrolment as a lawyer in 1997, Daniyal has worked as a Legal Officer for two manufacturing companies and two banks. By virtue of this exposure, Daniyal can boast of an impressive background and sound knowledge of banking, commercial and corporate law. Together with his capable team of lawyers, Daniyal is conversant with changing trends in the real estate market, the relevant statues affecting conveyancing in Ghana, laws affecting investments and doing businesses in Ghana, as well as procedures and processes at Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies.
