Sammani is the Managing Counsel of the Firm. He graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts (Law and French). Between 1999 and 2007 he managed two businesses in the travel and tourism sector and this continued while he was preparing for the Bar Examinations at the Ghana School of Law. He was called to the Ghana Bar in 2007 and was the best graduating student in Company Law. He is also a member of the International Bar Association and the Commonwealth Lawyers Association. Sammani is a Notary Public and has extensive knowledge in issues on corporate governance, civil litigation and arbitration. He has worked on recovery matters for several banks and financial institutions in Ghana with very favourable results. He has both oral and written knowledge of French and holds an Advanced Diploma in French Proficiency from the Université Cheike Anta Diop-Dakar, Senegal.
