Kwasi was called to the Ghana Bar in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and is the Deputy Managing Counsel in charge of the Dispute Resolution practice team at the Firm. Kwasi is a member of the Ghana Bar Association as well as the International Bar Association. He has experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution in general, construction law and commercial law practice. Kwasi has an extensive knowledge of the standard FIDIC contracts employed in the construction industry in Ghana and has advised various multinational clients on how to best modify and employ FIDIC contracts for their peculiar needs. He has also advised many local banks on how to recover loans by using the Borrowers and Lenders Act, 2008 (Act 773) and the Mortgages Act, 1972 (NRCD 96) to ensure speedy recovery from loan defaulters without necessarily going through a court action.
