Obuo is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate, M&A Insurance, Taxation, Dispute Resolution practice group and based in the Accra office. She assists clients with contracts drafting and reviewing and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Obuo has advised clients on regulatory compliance, contract drafting and negotiation as well as risk management. Obuo provides guidance on corporate/commercial regulations and information on the best practices to enhance operational efficiency and minimize legal risks.

Obuo is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and licensed to practice in Ghana.

• Assisting lead counsel in defending a financial institution in a claim of an alleged breach of an account agreement, saving the client up to GHS 3.6 million.
