Akosua is an associate in the Firm’s dispute resolution, construction, projects and infrastructure practice group and based in the Accra office.
Akosua advises clients on corporate law, governance, credit risk, commercial operations, and compliance matters. With a background that spans the legal profession and the telecommunications industry, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to advising clients on operational strategy, contract management, regulatory compliance, and client relationship development.
Akosua holds Bachelor of laws from MountCrest University College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Linguistics from the University of Ghana. Akosua is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and licensed to practice in Ghana.
Prior to being called to the Bar in 2024, she spent seven years at MTN Ghana managing corporate accounts, credit control, and revenue assurance. She later co-founded and led operations at a private company, where she implemented governance structures, strategic plans, and risk controls, before transitioning to legal practice.
