Melissa is a junior associate at the firm and her area of practice includes corporate and commercial law. She completed her LLB from the University of Buckingham in 2017 and her Legal Practice Course (LPC) degree from the University of Law London in 2018 and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2021. Melissa’s skills include drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts and she is well versed in compliance and company secretarial matters
