Abena is a UK trained Lawyer and she has extensive experience advising clients in the IT/Communications, Banking & and Outsourcing industries. Abena has been involved in commercial practice with a special focus on commercial contracts transactions, ranging from advising on HR outsourcing agreements to telecoms co-location agreements and software as a service agreements.
She was called to the Ghana Bar in 2022. Since joining the firm, she has been involved in commercial practice and has assisted with negotiating a JV agreement acting for a landowner.

She holds both a Master of Laws (LLM) degree and a Bachelor of Laws (LLb) degree; from The School of Oriental & African studies (SOAS); University of London.
